Building and Executing Your Go-to-Market 101
February 14 @ 11:00 - 12:00 CST
“Go-to-Market” can be overwhelming for an entrepreneur to think about. It’s a comprehensive plan with the goal of bringing your product or service to your ideal customer. And it can be very comprehensive – from defining your ideal customer to developing your pricing and packaging, from creating marketing assets to training your sales representatives, there’s a lot to consider. Where does one even begin to build a strategy that will have such a great impact on the business? What are the key questions to ask, steps to take, and mistakes to avoid? In this session, we’re joined by Jana Frejova, Team Lead of Growth & Product Marketing at Spendesk, to guide you through a simple framework for building and executing your go-to-market strategy.
