More about our Food Ecosystem
Our Food Ecosystem focuses on goals based on policy and research by governments and networks such as Taskforce Korte Keten (TKK). For example:
– We aim to help reach 50% vegetable and 50% animal protein by 2025, as defined by the Green Protein Alliance.
– We support the City of Amsterdam’s aim to produce 25% of our food locally by 2030 and the province of Noord-Holland’s work to shorten the chain and stimulate regenerative agriculture and biodiversity.
– Furthermore, with the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, we aim to make our food system 50% circular by 2030.
-Finally, we are working towards healthy and affordable food for everyone in the Netherlands.
