How to Delegate Tasks and Remain Focused as a Startup Founder

June 21, 2023 @ 12:00 - 14:00 CDT

Startup founders wear many hats and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. However, as your business grows, it becomes necessary to allocate tasks and focus on the big picture. In this webinar, we will discuss the art of delegation with our guest speakers, Isaac Kassab and Monty Ngan, who will share practical strategies they have developed in their work. Join us to explore the benefits of assigning responsibilities for increased efficiency, better decision-making, and improved team morale.

What You’ll Learn:
  • How to practice delegating before it gets overwhelming
  • How to identify what can and should be delegated
  • Some easy-to-assign tasks and recommended processes

Featured Speakers:
  • Isaac Kassab – Co-Founder at Catena: Isaac has worked with hundreds of founders to help them get access to top assistants from the Philippines. Catena specializes in finding sharp generalists that wouldn’t otherwise be on websites like Upwork—think chemical engineers, product managers, and financial analysts. Isaac focuses on startup conversations and uncovers founders’ underlying needs. In addition to his work at Catena, Isaac is involved in real estate and prop-tech investment projects.
  • Monty Ngan – Co-Founder at Catena: Monty is a serial startup founder and investor. His company Catena empowers other startup founders to find the best talent that fits their needs. Previously, he worked at McKinsey and founded and sold a prop-tech startup in Canada. He holds a bachelor’s in economics from Wharton.
