Six Ways to Prioritize Diversity and Inclusion In Recruitment

March 11 @ 11:00 - 12:00 CST

Join Aleria Research + Greentown to learn about common roadblocks—and six solutions—to prioritizing diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

Workshop Description:

When trying to increase their teams’ diversity, companies often struggle with the “pipeline problem”—the difficulty of finding employees with diverse backgrounds and identities, especially for certain highly skilled positions. In this workshop, Aleria Research Corp will dive into why the pipeline problem is a myth and how the real roadblock is the way companies go about recruiting talent, combined with a lack of understanding of how their current state of diversity and inclusion hinder their hiring efforts.

Tune in to explore how diversity and inclusion (D&I) impact your ability to recruit talent, how to expand your talent pool to prioritize D&I, and more!
