Webinar: ‘Ecosystem Analysis for Digital Innovation Hubs’

July 16 @ 16:00 - 17:00 CDT

Digital Innovation Hubs will learn how to conduct and use an ecosystem analysis to further develop their hub.

The SmartAgriHubs webinar will introduce Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) to a practical method on how to assess the DIH’s ecosystem. DIHs are embedded in the local ecosystem and often need to forge and maintain links with a number of different actors to form a “one-stop-shop where companies […] can get access to technology-testing, financing advice, market intelligence and networking opportunities”. An ecosystem assessment can help you to map relevant stakeholders and their roles, identify the strengths, gaps and weaknesses of the (regional) ecosystem and develop a plan on how to better support the ecosystem and establish links with key partners.

The webinar will introduce you to an approach to ecosystem analysis, provide practical tips and examples of how the analysis can be use.
