For World Mental Health Day, we are bringing you weekly meditations this October – morning and evening 30 minute sessions. These sessions will be guided by yoga teacher, Sally Talal.
Let’s join together to bring awareness and tune in to ourselves and each other, amplifying the power of community!
Monday 4th at 8 am – Gratitude meditation
Monday 11th at 8:00 am – Seated yoga, Pranayama breathwork & short guided meditation
Thursday 21st at 8:00 pm – Yoga Nidra meditation
Thursday 28th at 8:00 pm – Forgiveness meditation
Find a comfortable and quiet seated place, use a cushion, a blanket and light a candle or some incense creating the space around you to settle into, finding inner stillness.
