The 7th Annual Women Veterans Empowerment Expo will take place on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the University of St Thomas, Jarabek Activity and Athletic Center. This event is free and welcomes all Women Veterans.

Joni D. Goodman, CPTD, CDTLF is the Principal at Joni D. Goodman, LLC. She collaborates with her clients to boost their learning, sales, and leadership initiatives and achieve development goals. Joni was trained by Dr. Brene’ Brown as one of the first Dare to Lead™ facilitators in the world. She is known for creating safe spaces where leaders can put down their armor and lean into growth. Joni has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development space where her experience encompasses effective management development, sales training, mentoring, and executive coaching. She is also a published author having written: “The Book of Road Tested Training Activities”, “Association for Talent Developments (ATD)Training Toolkit application”, and “101 Ways to Make Training Active”. Joni has been a featured speaker for the HR Houston Gulf Coast Symposium, ATD Houston, San Antonio & Baton Rouge, The Gulf Coast Diversity Council, and Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston.
