Topic: Don’t build AI start-ups, build AI ExOs instead!

The LifeHub UK’s first online meet up event

Join us on Thursday 11th June – 4.00pm – 5.30pm (BST)

An Exponential Organisation (ExO) is an organisation whose impact (or output) is disproportionally large — at least ten times larger than comparable companies. Some well-known examples of ExOs are Google, Netflix and GitHub.

Many people think that when it comes to innovation and disruption, the key variable is solely a technological breakthrough. While it is true that innovative use of technology is an important component, there are two other no less important elements – business model and leadership. Based on the worldwide bestseller book ‘Exponential Organizations’ we will outline the 11 key attributes of some of the most iconic and innovative businesses present in the market today and explore their applicability in the world of Artificial Intelligence and entrepreneurship.

This session will be led by Jaroslav Dokoupil, an external trainer, consultant and entrepreneur. He is passionate about disruptive innovation and the future of technology and society. Since 2016, Jaroslav has been building OpenExO, a global movement of entrepreneurs and thought leaders helping society adapt to the rapid pace of technological and business disruption.

There will be an opportunity to discuss the content and ask questions.

This is just the first of a series of events we will be hosting throughout the year! Learn all about LifeHub UK and gain valuable insights into the benefits of ExOs.
