Environment Talks: How Our Actions Can Alleviate Air Pollution
What better way to celebrate Earth Day than by talking about all the ways we can be kinder to our planet. But enough talks and lectures! Join Impact Hub King’s Cross and our resident Sustainability Expert, Stav Friedman, for an active, engaging workshop focusing on air quality – and how we can make it better.
We’ll delve into the differences between local air pollution and global emissions, then break into small breakout groups for an activity designed to help you understand your own pollution solutions. We have a fantastic line-up of speakers and 12 facilitators in the works and are excited to be joined by:
- Tom Parkes, Senior Air Quality Officer, London Borough of Camden
- Natalie Curd, Project Lead for Idling Action London, London Borough of Camden
- Jonathan Withey from Planet Mark
- Laura Lacklin and Rachael Aldridge from Cross River Partnership
- Oli Back from EcoTripping
- David Green from Earthsense
- Beau Zilesnick from Hubbub
