Join this two-part series to better understand the basics of financial resilience and the tools you need to gear your social enterprise or organization towards it.

Amany Alhadka, with 20+ years of experience in Non-Profit Organizations’ Operational Excellence, has worked globally, including at organizations like CARE, Misr Elkheir Foundation, and Equality Fund. She specializes in optimizing operations during an organization’s life cycle, leading change management initiatives. Amany founded Alnawa Business and Consulting Services Inc. to help nonprofits and leaders strengthen their institutions and elevate their social impact. She’s also the Director of Finance & Operations for Prospera, the International Network of Women’s Funds, and an Associate at Spring Strategies for the Financial Innovation and Resilience (FIRE) Program.
