Welcome to Impact Talks!

The word ‘Impact’ has been overused and misused in today’s world of green washing and disinformation.

Through our exciting new online series, Impact Talks, we want to put the meaning back into the word ‘Impact’ by welcoming entrepreneurs and experts who are helping to create real change to speak about the work they do and how others can become changemakers as well.

Join us each month to put some “oomph” back into your lunchtimes and hear from motivating speakers on the topics of:

  • Sustainable Food
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Circular Economy
  • Green Tech

About Die Gemeinschaft e.V… an organisation bringing together gastronomy and farming in a collaborative, inspiring network – We’re changing things. In the fields, in the kitchens & in our minds.

About Janna… “Janna engages with some of the foundations of social transformation – soil and agriculture, community economies and memories of the future. She works towards regenerative food systems at Die Gemeinschaft e.V., community supported economics at the CSX network, and radical climate adaptation at Urban Heat Lab. All while trying to honestly face the consequences of human “progress” stories for climate, ecosystems and social justice.”

About the Talk… The food system is in dire need of a transformation – on the field, in the kitchen and in our minds. Because structures that have been built on the exploitation of nature and discrimination of people can only be changed systemically – through networks and direct relationships, courageously exchanging ideas and creating awareness.
