How well do you know your customers? Join us for this high-impact training on persona research and action planning to grow your business.

This two-part intensive will guide you through persona research and train you to create a buyer persona.

Offering #1 will take place on March 6 and March 13 and offering #2 will take place on March 20 and March 27. Both sessions take place virtually from 9:30am to noon.

Personas are used to coordinate all areas of your enterprise (from marketing to sales to new product development). You create personas through researching and exploring your existing customers so you can identify exactly your most ideal customer. Understanding your customers will give you the confidence to make more informed business decisions.

In this hands-on training you will document and test your assumptions, create AND execute a persona research process for your enterprise, and then learn how to use your persona to make important business decisions.

This hands-on training series will require you to invest time (approx 5 hours) working on your business in between the two sessions.

You’ll leave this training with:

  • Persona research toolkit
  • Persona research data on your customers
  • Persona profile that you can begin using immediately
  • Eligibility to apply for an Empower Program 2023 cohort

This training is for you if:

  • You are an established business with existing customers and product/service sales
  • You could benefit from a strategy to increase sales and other business outcomes
  • You commit to dedicating at least 5 hours between sessions
  • You want to apply for an Empower Program 2023 cohort
