RESET Yourself: Tips to Achieve Life Balance
In our busy lives, sometimes it gets very tough to strike a work-life balance. If you feel like you are stuck in a rut or you are just not happy with the way things are going, you might want to shake things up. A daily RESET practice can be a great way to achieve this balance. Hitting the ‘reset’ button on your life might seem like a lot of work, but taking a few small steps at a time can bring about big transformational changes.
Manali Haridas, Owner/ spiritual wellness coach of Zen for You; is a mindfulness coach, a TEDX speaker, certified nutritionist, certified yoga & meditation teacher, certified healer and author with a coaching experience of over 20 years. She has impacted the lives of many people locally and globally by her easy to implement, practical mindfulness coaching tips for achieving work life balance.
