Tweakshop – Mindful Meditation for Your Real Life
Join Alex Ure for 20 minutes of meditation that works with and for your real life. Drawing on techniques of mindfulness and compassion, we’ll learn how to approach the good, bad and ugly of our life with a little more ease.
From the host: I found meditation during a very fidgety savasana’s in yoga class. Though it was not a smooth beginning, I eventually became hooked when I was able to experience a different relationship with my thoughts and feelings during meditation. Over the past 5 years, I have completed over 500 hours of training in meditation and yoga, taking a particular focus in mindfulness practices.
What’s a Tweakshop? Tweakshops are mini-workshops designed to help Hubbers learn and share non-essential life skills for richer and more fulfilled lives. Join us for a 15-minute presentation and 15 minutes of discussion.
