William Fermo holds an MBA and an MD, and began his career in medicine before transitioning into the tech world. After completing a data science bootcamp, he discovered a passion for using data to solve real problems and help organizations become more data-driven. William later combined his love of running with his entrepreneurial drive to cofound 3 Bros Running Company, producing races from 5Ks to marathons. He is a strong communicator, community builder, and advocate for going after the things you’re passionate about.
