Are you the person your neighbors, friends, clients, church members, or community members come to when they need help, information, or resources?

Community leaders are often the first people someone turns to when they are looking for support. But even the most connected leaders don’t always know about all the resources available in our community.

That’s why we created the BakerRipley Ambassador Program.

The BakerRipley Ambassador Program is an interactive experience designed to help community leaders, advocates, volunteers, and connectors learn more about BakerRipley and the resources available across our programs—so you can become a trusted voice and confidently connect more people to opportunities that can make a difference in their lives.

Why become a BakerRipley Ambassador?

Because being a community leader isn’t about knowing all the answers. It’s about knowing where to connect people when they need support.

During this session, you’ll meet BakerRipley team members, learn how our programs work, understand who can benefit from them, and most importantly, learn how to connect someone to the right resource.

Our first Ambassador Program session will spotlight:

Entrepreneur Connection
Discover resources available to entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners, including business education, coaching, access to capital, and other opportunities.

Civic Engagement
Learn how BakerRipley helps community members strengthen their voices, participate in civic life, and become more engaged in their communities.

Learning & Innovation Centers
Explore the programs, services, classes, and opportunities available through BakerRipley’s Learning & Innovation Centers.

Who should attend?

This experience is for anyone passionate about helping others and strengthening their community—including community leaders, neighborhood advocates, faith leaders, volunteers, educators, nonprofit partners, small business leaders, and people who naturally serve as trusted connectors for others.

You don’t need a formal title to be a community leader. If people trust you, come to you for information, or look to you for guidance, this experience is for you.

Be our voice in the community.

You may not personally need every BakerRipley resource you learn about—but someone you know might.

As a BakerRipley Ambassador, you can help more people discover resources they may not know exist and connect them to programs and opportunities that can help them move forward.

Your voice. Your connections. Greater community impact.
