When What You Built No Longer Fits Where You’re Going
Most organizations aren’t failing because of bad strategy. They’re failing because the structure they built for yesterday is running the strategy they need for tomorrow.
Georgia Linton is an executive operator, transformation advisor, author, and creator of Kalpana Architecture™ — a proprietary framework for diagnosing and closing the gap between strategic intent and operating reality.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across energy, industrial, and complex operating environments, Georgia helps leaders, founders, and organizations identify the disconnects that quietly undermine sustainable performance… before those disconnects become crises.
In this Think Visual session, Georgia will challenge us to take an honest look at the structures we’ve built and whether they still serve where we’re actually trying to go.
Join us on Friday, November 6th to explore:
- What is Organizational Coherence, and how do you know when you have it or don’t?
- How might we better understand whether any organization is actually designed to execute what leadership intends?
- How can we apply a simple architecture to improve our own practice and service delivery?
