Enventure “Inspire” Seminar Series – Science Communication

The “Inspire” Seminar Series was developed by Enventure to help students learn about the reality of working in the biotech and biomedical fields. The series consists of a number of events starring guest speakers coming from different areas in the biotech and biomedical industries.
Join us Thursday, October 19th for this month’s Inspire Seminar Series! We are excited to have Dr. Katie Lillis, Ph.D., discussing her career as a medical writer at Articulate Science and provide valuable advice.
Dr. Lillis received a B.S. in Human Physiology and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. in Integrated Biomedical Sciences – Neuroscience Discipline from UT Health San Antonio. Katie was the Director of Science Communication for Enventure as well as the Editor in Chief for Words of WISDOM. Katie was a medical writer intern for Articulate Science before transitioning into a full-time medical writer after graduation.
Participants attending this event will learn about the career of Dr. Katie Lillis, Ph.D. as a medical writer at Articulate Science. In addition, there will be a final Q&A where the audience will be able to ask direct questions to Dr. Lillis.
