Make Your Workflow Work for You

July 10 @ 08:30 - 10:30 CDT
How a smarter social media workflow can help small teams reduce manual work and make more room for better ideas.

Save hours with a smarter social media workflow!

For creative people, automation can sound like the opposite of good work. It can feel rigid, technical, and far away from the thinking that makes for strong work.

A better workflow creates more room for creativity.

When your day is filled with cutting, pasting, reformatting, and moving posts between platforms, it becomes harder to think clearly about the message, the audience, and the story.

A smarter workflow can help small teams reduce manual work and make more room for better ideas.

At this month’s Social Media Breakfast Houston, we’ll look at what happens when one social media practitioner hit the limit of what she could manage by hand and decided to build a better way. Starting with a real problem, too many accounts, too many repeated steps, and not enough time, she created a workflow that now helps her manage multiple client accounts without burning out.

Her process uses AI and automation, but the real lesson is not about the tools. It is about knowing what problem you are solving, building a system around the work you already do, and keeping human judgment at the center of the process.

You will learn how a small team can use systems to reduce repetitive tasks, protect brand voice, and make more time for client conversations, creative thinking, and stronger content.

Key Takeaways:

  • How to decide what to automate and what still needs a human touch.
  • How to build a useful automation even if you do not think of yourself as technical.
  • How AI and automation can reduce repetitive social media tasks without replacing your judgment.
  • Why better workflows create more time for client conversations, creative thinking, and stronger content.
  • How to choose tools that can connect now and support a better system over time.

SPEAKER

Debbie Sudduth is a Digital Content Strategist with five years of marketing experience, most recently making the jump from Fortune 500 company Insperity to Momenta Fire, a boutique industrial marketing agency. At Momenta Fire, she leads content strategy and production for industrial brands, translating complex technical subjects into social content rooted in design, narrative, and platform strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

She’s also an emerging voice in marketing automation, building smarter workflows that help small teams produce more without losing the human spark behind great content.

Her storytelling instincts were shaped long before social media. Debbie got her start in TV news production, and that broadcast lens still informs how she approaches content today: visual first, purpose-driven and built to connect.

A wife and mom of three, Debbie spends her time outside of work doodling avatars and digital designs, running a ridiculous number of miles as she trains for her next marathon (while openly questioning that decision), nerding out over sourdough, and documenting the behind-the-scenes of agency and freelance life on TikTok.
