EVENT DESCRIPTION

In this session, founders will dive into the essentials of unit economics – the key financial metrics that determine the success and sustainability of a startup. Using a real company case study, participants will learn how to calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn rates, and break-even points. More importantly, they will explore what these numbers mean for growth, scalability, and long-term financial health.

The session will also highlight common pitfalls in financial planning and provide strategies to avoid them. This workshop is designed for early-stage and scaling startups that want to strengthen their financial planning and be better prepared for conversations with investors.
