Impact Hub Asia-Pacific Regional Gathering 2026

Impact Hub Asia-Pacific Regional Gathering 2026

Root. Connect. Rise.

Impact Hub Asia-Pacific Regional Gathering 2026 is happening!

Root. Connect. Rise.

This November, we’re taking the Asia-Pacific Gathering on the road, travelling by train from the urban energy of Jakarta to the slower rhythm and rich cultural landscape of Yogyakarta.

Across 5 days, we’ll come together as a regional cluster to root in the uniqueness of each Impact Hub, connect through shared learning and peer exchange, and rise together to shape APAC 3.0 and our next wave of innovations.

When & Where? 🗓️ 15–20 November 2026 | 📍Jakarta: 1.5 days + Yogyakarta: 3.5 days

We’ll kick off in Jakarta on Sunday, 15 November, with an evening dinner and Partners' Night, before travelling together by train to Yogyakarta. The Gathering will close on Friday, 20 November in the afternoon.

What to Expect

At the heart of it all is one question: how can we build stronger Impact Hubs, together? Because stronger Impact Hubs make a stronger region.

🤝 Connect beyond your Impact Hub: Meet Makers from across the region, connect with the Impact Hub Jakarta community and partners, spark new relationships, and explore how we can build stronger business together.

💡 Exchange ideas you can use: Trade practical hacks in HR and finance, discover what makes other Impact Hubs' superpowers tick, and explore a marketplace of innovations, partnerships, and lessons you can take home and put into practice.

🚀 Shape what's next: Sense-check where the region is heading, including fundraising and partnerships, shape our APAC 3.0 strategy, and build the next wave of regional products and innovations together.

🚂 Experience Jakarta & Yogyakarta: Turn the train into a travelling Impact Hub pop-up with touches from your city, experience the culture and cuisine, explore Yogyakarta's social enterprise ecosystem, and connect with entrepreneurs with disabilities from ELEVATE Access.

💪 Reflect, recharge, and rise together: Slow down and reconnect with nature and the cultural landscape around Prambanan, close on a high note with fellow Makers, and carry your reflections into 2027, as individual Impact Hubs and as a region.
