Unwind at Impact Hub King’s Cross with a guided Yoga Chakra flow and meditation to bring your awareness inwards

This 1 hour session will be guided by yoga teacher, Sally Talal, with an emphasis on our Heart chakra, Anahata chakra. This Heart chakra practice will focus on your big, beautiful, beating heart that’s breathing life, love and compassion into your body, mind & spirit. We will move with our breath and heart-centered postures to awaken your heart chakra, anahata, opening for love, compassion, connection & expansion. Unroll your mat to experience your heart’s full potential!


Bring your yoga mat and any props you use in your practice.

This is an open level class for all. If you have any injuries/ pregnancies etc that I should be aware of, please let me know via email beforehand ([email protected]) or message via Instagram.

This is a donation based class for Impact Hub members and £7 for non-members. Payments given in person by card / cash.

100% of profits will subsidize yoga and meditation classes for refugees and asylum seekers.

Este evento forma parte del proyecto “Construyendo Mejores Ecosistemas de Economía Social y Solidaria”, iniciado por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OECD).

Sobre el proyecto

Impact Hub Network se ha sumado a la iniciativa llamada Acción Global: Promoción de Ecosistemas de Economía Social y Solidaria (ESS), desarrollada por la OECD.

Desde su lanzamiento en 2020, el objetivo del proyecto ha sido al sector de la ESS, al mismo tiempo que crea conciencia y desarrolla capacidades para crear contextos nacionales y locales favorables para su desarrollo. Así mismo, se promueve aún más el intercambio de conocimientos a nivel internacional, y se busca aumentar las asociaciones de aprendizaje comunitario.

A través de la colaboración, los socios del proyecto pueden proponer puntos de acción más concretos para que los responsables políticos garanticen el desarrollo de ecosistemas de ESS inclusivos.

Are you curious about digital solutions for real challenges? Innovation Hackathon 2021 teams will present the digital solutions that they will find this weekend to overcome digital problems that Turkey-based social enterprises and NGOs face in the digitalization era.

During the Demo Day

  • 8 teams will present their solutions for 8 different challenges.
  • The jury will announce 3 winning teams based on the following criteria: –Feasibility – Applicability of the solution to the existing challenge-Social impact potential – Beneficial effects on the social enterprise and its beneficiaries -Level of innovation – Ability to bring new ideas or processes into the solution

The Prizes

➔ 1st prize: 15,000TL

➔ 2nd prize: 10,000TL

➔ 3rd prize: 5,000TL

*The prizes will be divided equally among the team members.

*All winner participants will be provided with Impact Hub Community Membership for 6 months.

How do we strengthen the means of implementation and localize the global partnership for sustainable development in Houston?

Impact Hub Houston is proud to bring you a monthly opportunity to come together to work on solutions for some of Houston’s most pressing issues. Our city is full of changemakers across all ages, cultures, skillsets, and industries. This is your chance to conned and collaborate for the greater good.

Open Project Night has been hosted across the Impact Hub global network for a few years, and we are carrying the torch locally to support #Changemakers, #SocialEntrepreneurs, and #ImpactSupporters in their efforts to create the change they wish to see in the world.

The Global Goals can only be met if we work together. Investments and support is needed to ensure innovative technological development, fair trade, and market access in Houston. To build a better world, we need to be supportive, empathetic, inventive, passionate, and above all, cooperative.

Here’s how it works:

  • New theme each month in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Anyone can sign up to participate (whether you have an idea/project or just want to provide feedback, advice, or support)
  • 1-2 guest speakers will kick-off project presentations
  • Open Mic for anyone else to pitch will follow (2 min max per pitch)
  • Everyone moves to the virtual working room for open networking & collaboration
