7:00pm: Networking & open discussion on Impact topics
Mwinda Technologies is a company that aims to use a combination of CleanTech and FinTech products to address the lack of reliable energy and financial inclusion in Africa, starting with the Democratic Republic of Congo. In this country of 80 million people located in Central Africa, only 10% of the population has access to the electric grid and only 6% of the population currently uses formal bank services. Our solutions leverage technology to create value for residential and commercial customers in rural and urban areas. At Mwinda Technologies, we believe that CleanTech and FinTech are the future of energy access and financial inclusion in Africa.

WTF is Fuckup Nights?
Failure is a part of any success story, but we don’t talk about it enough. We’ve all been to plenty of events where people tell you how they hacked, hustled, and created their success, but very few where someone gets up and says “I totally messed up, and this is what you can learn from it.”
Fuckup Nights is a global speaker series where stories of failed businesses and projects are told, questioned and celebrated. Each speaker is given 7 minutes and is able to use 10 images. After each speaker, there’s a Q&A session, as well as time for mingling and drinks!
300+ cities, 80+ countries, 10 minutes, 10 images, 1 failure.
**SPANGLISH EDITION** What’s that? Spanglish is a hybrid language combining words and idioms from both Spanish and English, especially Spanish speech that uses many English words and expressions.
Speakers:
To be announced soon!
Agenda:
6:00 – 6:30 pm: Registration, meeting fellow fuckuppers, drinks and food
6:30 – 7:30pm: Fuckup presentations + Q&A
